CBRE has announced details of a new service offering for clients, with the first project in the UK currently being delivered by the real estate advisor in Scotland.
The new consultancy-led ‘turnkey’ solution sees multiple teams from the firm working together under one contract to provide a full range of services from advising on accommodation, the lease transaction, due diligence, design, project management and building services.
CBRE in Scotland has recently been appointed by a European energy company to deliver a solution for its new Edinburgh office. Following a full refurbishment of the space by the landlord, CBRE acquired the space for the occupier and is now working with its construction partner to deliver a design and build solution for the Cat B fit-out.
