ALLIED Surveyors Scotland has announced the appointment of Stewart Gorman as a valuation surveyor in its commercial department in Edinburgh.
He joins from the Stirling office of J&E Shepherd Chartered Surveyors, where he was based for four years. He will work from Allied Surveyors’ office in the capital’s West Maitland Street providing commercial valuations to clients and a range of commercial lending institutions.
“This is an exciting move for me to join a dynamic and expanding team and I look forward to providing a dedicated commercial valuation service for our wide range of clients,” Mr Gorman said.
In March, Allied Surveyors announced the purchase of Edinburgh Commercial Property resulting in additional agency, valuation and property management instructions.
