CALA Homes (West) has unveiled three new showhomes and apartments at its flagship Glasgow development, Jordanhill Park in the west end.
The housebuilder has opened the doors to a three-bedroom Mews showhome, a two-bedroom apartment and a three-bedroom apartment within the Thomas Bone building, which forms part of the development’s Cedar Collection.
The three-bedroom Austin showhome which spans across three levels, boasts a garden space, open plan living and a ‘stunning’ main bedroom that spans the entire top floor, Cala said. The two new show apartments, the Connell and Farrell apartment styles, are described as offering ‘chic’ styling and highlight ‘adaptable and flexible’ city living.
All apartments within the Thomas Bone building feature a private balcony, whilst the penthouses both enjoy two large terraces each.
The homes feature underfloor heating, German crafted kitchens from Nolte, built-in Siemens appliances with under unit LED lighting, and Laufen bathrooms with full height wall tiling to bath and shower areas from Porcelanosa.
Liana Canavan, sales and marketing director of Cala Homes (West), said, “Our Jordanhill Park development has proven incredibly popular with a range of buyers, and our current phase, the Cedar Collection, has arguably some of the most coveted viewpoints out to the city and beyond, thanks to its elevated position within the parklands, making it even more in demand. Our trio of showhomes really bring to life what we have to offer at Jordanhill Park and the lifestyle that’s on offer. They have been incredibly well received by our visitors who have been impressed by the versatility and space on offer across the range.”
