TWO new showhomes situated near the Forth Bridges have been unveiled by Cala Homes (East) at its Queensferry Heights development.
The four-bedroom Cleland and Elliot house styles are now available to view, with prospective buyers enjoying an exclusive look at Cala’s Summer Showhome Event earlier this month.
The homes have been staged by interior designer Alison Harding of AMW Designs, and feature items from local businesses as part of the developer’s Showhome of Support initiative.
Hospitality group Buzzworks Holdings, which operate the nearby Thirty Knots and Scotts South Queensferry venues, provided a BBQ and refreshments on the day, while Luca’s ice cream offered up sweet treats.
A face painter and giant garden games kept guests entertained, while Cala’s landscapers Land Technology were on hand to provide plant-potting workshops for children and provide tips to families hoping to keep their gardens beautiful all year round.

Meanwhile the Elliot house style, has an open plan kitchen and family dining area at the heart of the home, which opens out onto the rear garden.
