EDINBURGH-based AMA Homes is celebrating after winning the Property Developers of the Year award at the SME UK Enterprise Awards.
The residential and commercial development firm said the recognition is testament to AMA Homes’ ‘unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation, and its invaluable contribution to the architectural landscape of Scotland’.
One of the projects that contributed to the award win is AMA’s Torwood development in Scotland’s capital, which the company explained showcases a commitment to restoring and preserving Victorian heritage while integrating modern luxury apartments. This project is said to have ‘revitalised’ a historical landmark and enhanced the overall architectural appeal of the city.
