CLARK Contracts has been appointed to Scotland Excel’s £300 million property maintenance and refurbishment framework.
The contractor has been appointed to the multi-trade lot of the framework, which will run until June 2025, with the option to extend this for a further two years.
The framework will cover a range of repair, maintenance, and refurbishment services to commercial and domestic properties for Scotland Excel members, which includes local authorities, housing associations, Registered Social Landlords, and a selection of other public sector bodies.
Clark Contracts is already on Scotland Excel’s new build residential framework, as well as several other public sector frameworks. MD Gordon Cunningham said, “Having delivered over £150m of refurbishment works in the last three years, we are delighted to be appointed to this framework for Scotland Excel, and look forward to delivering a range of refurbishment and maintenance works for their members.”
