BIDDING Limited, a provider of bid consultancy and software solutions, has completed the acquisition of Scotland-based AM Bid.
The move has been described as supporting Bidding Limited’s long-term growth plan through acquisitions, and builds on the integration of contract management software company ContractsWise in April.
Andrew Morrison, founder of AM Bid, said the acquisition presents an ‘incredible opportunity’ for its team and clients.
