LOVELL Homes is poised to launch sales of new homes at The Crossings at Bridgewater Village development in South Queensferry.
Named after the three bridges that span the Firth of Forth, the development will ultimately comprise of 113 properties in a selection of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, and two-bedroom apartments.
With an initial release of two and three-bedroom Aberdour, Crail and Bothwell house types, a sales cabin open will be onsite from June 17.
Lovell is offering incentives to buyers to help them get started, receiving a personal inspirations package, which helps to customise homes to owners’ tastes; or delivered through the helping hands scheme, through which Lovell covers the cost of selling their existing home.
