REAL estate advisor CBRE has announced the launch to market of Glasgow Gait, described as a ‘prominent’ development opportunity in the east end of the city.
Extending to 16.73 acres, the site comprises a large vacant area with the ability to accommodate a variety of uses, subject to planning. CBRE is marketing the site for sale on behalf of Highland Properties Group.
The site is located on Glasgow’s London Road. The surrounding area is predominantly commercial with nearby occupiers including Wickes, The Range, Iceland and Jewsons.
