CLARK Contracts has been appointed to Wheatley Housing Group (WHG)’s construction framework.
The framework, which will run for the next four years, will cover predominantly new builds, but could also include conversion and refurbishment projects to existing properties including non-residential and/or listed buildings.
Clark revealed it is anticipated that up to 1,000 units per year could be delivered through the framework across Scotland’s central belt and Dumfries and Galloway, with the framework also available for use across any region in Scotland.
Gordon Cunningham, MD at Clark Contracts, said, “Having delivered over £85 million of residential projects in the last three years, we are delighted to have secured a place on this framework. We are looking forward to working with Wheatley Housing Group and supporting them with their commitment to constructing 4,000 affordable and low-carbon homes over the next four years.”
Clark Contracts has already appointed to several residential frameworks, including for Link Group, LAR Housing Trust, the Scottish Procurement Alliance’s New Build Housing Framework and Scotland Excel’s New Build Residential Framework.
