VICTORIA Brocklesby, COO and co-founder of doors and windows manufacturer Origin, has been selected in The Manufacturer Top 100 2023.
The annual awards for the most inspirational individuals working in UK industry were announced at a reception at the NEC in Birmingham.
The Manufacturer Top 100 project recognises the ‘most dynamic’ leaders and innovators in manufacturing. Awardees are drawn from every walk of UK industry, and at any stage of their career.
Victoria was selected from hundreds of nominations. She said, “I’m absolutely delighted to be included in this year’s Manufacturer Top 100, as a representative of the fenestration sector and female leaders in manufacturing, of which there aren’t many. I’m incredibly proud of the culture I have created at Origin where women are in prominent roles across all departments.
“I hope that continuing to champion diverse talent will help attract more dynamic thinkers into the industry.”
