AVANT Homes Scotland has announced the launch of a new phase of 23 two-bedroom apartments at its Richmond Gate development in Oatlands.
The homes all feature open plan living/dining areas, designer kitchens with integrated appliances and en suite shower rooms.
The apartments also have walk-on balconies and are situated within a feature adjoined tower building of five-storeys on one side and seven-storeys on the other.
Richmond Gate is located on the south bank of the River Clyde. This latest phase is currently under construction and it is anticipated the first residents will be able to move in during October.
