CRUDEN Group and its two sister companies, Juniper Residential and Queensberry Properties, have been shortlisted for a trio of titles at this year’s Scottish Homes Awards.
The annual event, which recognises excellence across the housebuilding sector across Scotland, is due to take place on 22nd June in Glasgow.
Muirwood Gardens, by Juniper Residential, has been named as a finalist for the ‘Age Exclusive Development of the Year – New for 2023’ category. Based in Kinross, the development is available exclusively to those aged 55 and over, offering a mix of 41 homes, ranging from two- to three-bed properties.
Situated in the heart of Edinburgh’s Old Town, Waverley Square by Queensberry Properties has been shortlisted in the ‘Apartment Development of the Year (Private Sale)’ category. Boasting ‘attractive’ living spaces, surrounded by the hustle and bustle of Edinburgh city centre, Cruden said the development offers residents home comforts enhanced by the capital’s creative culture, with immediate access to shops, restaurants and greenspaces.
The third of Cruden Group’s developments to be shortlisted is Longniddry Village in East Lothian. Delivered by Cruden Homes in partnership with Places for People, Longniddry Village comprises a mix of property styles, ranging from two to five-bed coach houses, bungalows and villas.
Hazel Davies, sales and marketing director at Cruden Group, said, “It’s a real honour to not only have one, but three, of our developments reach the final for this year’s awards ceremony. Muirwood Gardens, Waverley Square and Longniddry Village are all unique in their own way, designed with the residents in mind at all times.
“We recognise there is an extremely high demand for new family homes, but there are also a great number of house buyers who are looking for alternative styles of living – be that age exclusive living or dynamic city apartments. It’s important that we cater to the needs of all homeowners and these projects are a testament to Cruden’s ability to diversify and create high quality homes for all. We look forward to attending the Scottish Home Awards final next month and wish the best of luck to all of our fellow finalists.”
