STORY Homes has announced it has built and sold a record 474 new homes in Scotland and Cumbria in the 2022/23 financial year.
From Pentland Reach in Biggar to Laurel Place in the South Lakes, the housebuilder currently has 10 live developments in the area.
Story was last month awarded a five-star customer satisfaction rating for the third year running from the Home Builders Federation (HBF).
