MAXI Construction has secured a contract to provide alteration works to two buildings within West Lothian College in Livingston.
This marks the contractor’s fourth project for the college over the past two years, procured via the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Construction Works and Associated Services Framework.
Alterations within Building 2 will provide new teaching and workshop space in the joinery workshop and the creation of a breakout area within the motor vehicle workshop. Building 5 will undergo alterations to provide teaching space, a hair salon and flexible workspace.
John Aitchison, Maxi MD, said, “We are delighted to be returning to West Lothian College again to continue our working relationship with the client and project team and provide improved facilities for the college and students.”
The project team includes West Lothian College (client), Campbell Martin Associates (project manager and cost consultant), and McGinlay Bell (architect).
