HOUSEBUILDER Dandara has launched a new scheme for key workers and members of the British Army at its developments across east Scotland.
The firm is offering a range of discounts on properties to say thank you for their hard work during the last few years and to give a helping hand amid the current cost of living challenges.
Eligible workers qualify for a £5,000 discount on homes up to £250,000, £7,500 on homes up to £500,000, and £10,000 on homes priced over £500,000.
Workers who qualify for the scheme include education staff, those employed by the NHS, police force, fire service, Ministry of Defence, environmental service, probation service, local authority, prison service, navy, army and air force personnel and veterans.
Lisa Archibald, head of sales at Dandara East Scotland, explained, “We want to recognise the huge contribution made by key workers and the armed forces during the last few years. They work so hard to keep our country running and after a couple of extremely difficult years, are now having to deal with the cost of living challenges, which is having such a big impact on everyone’s finances.
“We hope this discount will help those considering buying their first home or moving to a larger property to achieve their dreams.”
The discount, which cannot be used with any other incentives, is available at Dandara East Scotland’s developments including Foxhall Gait in Kirkliston and Pinkhill Gate in Edinburgh.
