Avison Young is targeting growth in Scotland after announcing two senior appointments to its building consultancy and land and development teams.

Stewart Taylor joins as a principal to lead the land and development function in Scotland, while Iain King joins as lead director of a 15-person strong building consultancy team. Both have joined from CBRE.

Stewart has worked across all sectors of Scottish property, assisting clients on the acquisition, disposal and development of commercial and residential buildings. Prior to joining Avison Young, he was senior director of advisory and transaction services at CBRE.
