CLARK Contracts has delivered the second phase of the Straits Meadow student accommodation development on Edinburgh’s London Road.
The contractor had already handed over the first phase, which created 198 beds across six-storeys, along with office and community space on the ground floor.
The second phase has created a further 76 beds, with a link corridor connecting this building to the phase 1 development.
Michael Scanlan, director at Clark Contracts, said, “It has been great to work on this major student accommodation in Edinburgh, where we have delivered over 800 student beds in the last three years.”
