AVANT Homes Scotland has appointed a senior land manager as part of the firm’s expansion plans.
Andrew Statham joins from property investment firm Manse. He has 15 years’ experience in residential and commercial property acquisitions. In his new role, he is responsible for identifying land opportunities to grow Avant Homes’ development footprint across Scotland.
“Avant Homes is keen to further expand its presence across Scotland, particularly within the central belt,” Andrew said. “My focus is to bring land forward for development to support the business’s ambitious growth strategy.
“Delivering this will ultimately provide more homebuyers with the choice of buying a new design-led Avant home in popular locations where people want to live.”
Avant Homes Scotland currently has 11 live development sites across the country with several more due to start this year.
Area director Iain Innes added, “Andrew is an experienced land buyer with a passion for developing new homes. He also has a track record of sourcing and securing development opportunities in great locations which means he is an excellent addition to our land team.
