SPRINGFIELD Properties hosted its annual community Christmas events for residents at its Dykes of Gray and Bertha Park developments in Dundee and Perth, respectively, earlier this week.
The firm said its housing developments are ‘designed with community in mind’, so this year’s Christmas events were the ‘perfect’ opportunity to bring local families together.
Residents were able to meet Santa for a photo in each of the sites’ sales offices, which were transformed into a Santa’s grotto.
Bertha Park is the recent winner of the Best Development of 2022 award and has also received recognition for its gold standard sustainability credentials, while Dykes of Gray recently won the WhatHouse? Public Realm Award. Â
