CUSHMAN & Wakefield has hailed the success of duo Cameron Lineen and Kevin Strain, who have both passed their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) exam.

They are now qualified chartered surveyors and members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). This represents a 100% attainment for the firm’s successful pass rate.

Cameron, who plays for Heriot’s rugby team following in the footsteps of his Scottish internationalist father, joined the business in 2019 and works in the capital markets team in Edinburgh. Kevin has been with the business for almost two years and works for the business space agency team.

Stuart Dorward, managing partner – Scotland & head of project management – UK, said, “We’re delighted that Cameron and Kevin have kept the side up with this terrific pass rate and it’s a great achievement for them both as they take the next step forward in their careers.”
