DANDARA is celebrating another Excellence Award for its Foxhall Gait development in the Kirkliston area of Edinburgh.
It follows the firm winning an award for its Eskbank Gardens development two months ago, with the latest award at Kirkliston coming from UK warranty providers, Premier Guarantee.
Judges visited Foxhall Gait to assess the standard of site management, workmanship, health and safety, and site tidiness – all of which they were ‘hugely impressed’ by. The development, which consists of two, three, four, and five-bedroom homes, was launched in February 2022 and is situated just a few miles from Edinburgh’s iconic Forth Bridges near South Queensferry.
Stevie Shiells, site manager at Foxhall Gait, said, “The site team at our Foxhall Gait development consistently put in the hard work to ensure that they maintain high standards and bring homes to market that our buyers love. It has been great to see the site team’s commitment to the site being recognised.”
