ALLIED Surveyors Scotland’s commercial department has moved to larger premises at West Maitland Street in Edinburgh.
The department had been based at the firm’s Walker Street offices in the city since April 2018 where it has been providing agency and valuation services.
Now, with growth plans in the pipeline, the department has relocated from the capital’s west end to refurbished office space in the Haymarket district.
Iain Mercer, director of commercial agency (east), who set up the agency in 2018, said, “We had simply outgrown Walker Street so these new premises provide us with around 1,000 sq ft and a prominent outlook. As a business location it has great connectivity so close to Haymarket station and tram stop and, of course, the nearby Haymarket development is reinvigorating the whole area.”
