AVANT Homes has announced plans to build 167 homes at a new £57 million development in Robroyston, Glasgow.
The 17-acre Darach Fields site, located just off Daffodil Place, will comprise a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes and feature 12 of Avant Homes’ design-led house types.
Initial groundworks are underway with the showhomes to follow in March next year. The first homes are set to be ready for occupation in spring 2023.
Avant Homes added it will also contribute more than £1.67 million to community growth.
Iain Innes, Scotland area director, said, “Over the past decade, Robroyston has seen extensive development to transform the area, which has led to increased demand for high-quality, new-build housing. We’re pleased that we have moved our plans forward to continue the development of the town and look forward to launching our new homes in due course.”
