Leven retail park sold in £9.5m deal

REAL estate asset manager Catella APAM has announced that Riverside Retail Park in Leven has been sold for £9,516,000.

Spanning over 50,000 sq ft and boasting 201 parking spaces, the park features a terrace of three ‘substantial’ retail units.

It has been sold to Realty Income. Cushman & Wakefield acted for APAM on the disposal and Avison Young acted for Realty.

Bernice Nesham, senior asset manager at Catella APAM, said, “We are pleased to have completed the disposal of Riverside Retail Park following a number of asset management initiatives. The park has attracted a strong tenant line up including B&M, Starbucks, and B&Q.”

Ewan Stewart, senior surveyor, Cushman & Wakefield, added, “Riverside Retail Park is a popular shopping destination servicing Levenmouth and the surrounding area. During their ownership, APAM carried out a series of lettings to high quality tenants ensuring they maximised value when existing.”
