FIRST Endeavour has announced it has secured detailed planning consent for 286 residential units on the former University of West of Scotland site off Bothwell Road in Hamilton.
The project will provide 129 affordable and social rented properties with the remaining 157 being private units. First Endeavour revealed it aims to commence demolition and site clearance works prior to the end of this year.
The business has also secured detailed planning consent for 45 residential units on the former council works yard at Leys Park Road, Dunfermline. This project will provide 15 townhouses and 30 assisted living apartments for Fife Council. Works are expected to start on site this year.
