CCG Homes has announced the launch of a new luxury housing development in Newlands in Glasgow’s south side.
Calderwood Lodge comprises 20 two and three-bedroom homes that will involve a mix of Victorian conversion and new build construction.
The developer revealed it has retained an 1800s Victorian sandstone villa that will be upgraded to allow four apartments including a two-bedroom duplex.
