hub South West Scotland is delivering the project for North Ayrshire Council with construction partner CCG, Arc-Tech MU’s parent company.

Works comprise the installation of mains water services for the new facility that will provide six new changing rooms for Garnock Rugby Club as well as space for the local community and sports groups. A viewing balcony overlooking the pitches as well as a 60-seat café will also be created.

This project has been supported with grants from funding bodies including Scottish Government via the Regeneration Capital Grant Fund and the Vacant & Derelict Land Fund, Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, Scottish Enterprise, Sports Scotland, Land Trust and Garnock Rugby Club.

Josh Martin, MD of Arc-Tech MU, said, “Since the formation of our business in 2020, Arc-Tech MU has predominantly helped support CCG’s vast housebuilding programme across the breadth of the country. Our progress over the last 18 months has been fantastic but to have a project such as the Garnock Community Hub is an exciting addition to our project portfolio and one in which we are delighted to be involved.

“The progress on-site to date has been excellent and I look forward to visiting the project upon its completion this summer.”
