Elsewhere, a property currently operating as a takeaway with a kitchen prep aera on Sauchiehall Street in Glasgow city centre, is on at a guide price of £400,000.

To the north of Scotland in Wick is a former TSB Bank on a high street location which could be suitable for conversion to class 3 use (food and drink) and has a guide price of £70,000.

And in Turiff in Aberdeenshire is a former school site which has previously held planning permission for 12 residential dwellings. The building that was previously on the 1.8-acre site has been demolished. The guide price is £80,000.
