CONSTRUCTION work has started on Cala Homes’ (West) latest development in Stepps, North Lanarkshire.
Initial works on the Earls Rise project will see foundations laid, as well as the creation of the initial framework and access points.
Once complete, Earls Rise will comprise 58 four and five-bedroom detached homes.

The first phase of homes released will be launched off-plan at the nearby Beatrice Meadows development in Kirkintilloch, expected this summer.
