FIRST Endeavour LLP has announced it has secured detailed planning consent for the erection of 10 social rented properties in Kirkcaldy.
The homes – on the site of the former Fair Isle Clinic – will comprise a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom properties. Works to deliver associated infrastructure and landscaping will also be carried out.
The end user is Fife Council.
