ABERDEEN and Fife-based social housing developer First Endeavour LLP has recently started construction on two new projects.
63 social houses will be delivered under a design and build contract for Hillcrest Homes at Straik Road in Westhill, Aberdeenshire. The homes will comprise a mix of houses and flats ranging from one to four-bedrooms. The contract is valued at £9 million and is due for completion in September 2023.
Construction is also underway for 97 new social houses under a design and build contract for Fife Council at Lumphinnans, Cowdenbeath. The site will contain two, three, four, five and six-bedroom properties. The contract value on this project is £15.9 million, with a scheduled completion date of April 2025.
