Ratepayers have experienced an extremely challenging time over the past few years, and the forthcoming 2023 revaluation will bring a variety of legislative changes.
“Businesses need the advice of experienced and dedicated rating surveyors who understand and follow how these changes will impact on their business costs and detail what new requirements businesses will be forced to comply with. Lynsey has considerable experience of working with both the public and private sector and across a wide range of asset types. It will enable us to strengthen our offering to clients and ensure we are well positioned to provide a high-quality service.”
Lynsey added, “I am thrilled to be joining the rating team at CBRE. It is an exciting new challenge for me, and I am looking forward to further developing my skills and experience working alongside a great team.”
