Stewart Milne Group scoops gold with 93% customer satisfaction rating

STEWART Milne Group has scooped a gold award for its customer service across its Group, Homes Scotland and Homes North England divisions.

The awards, run by In House Research, are awarded based on independent customer feedback – with Stewart Milne Group scoring an impressive 93% customer satisfaction rating.

It is the ninth year that the firm has been awarded gold for its customer satisfaction levels in at least one of its divisions, and the fourth consecutive year that it has claimed the top spot across all regions.

Craig McKay, head of customer services at Stewart Milne Homes, Scotland, said, “Building homes is the foundation of what we do, but our core ethos is centred around creating places for people and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.

“The whole team at Stewart Milne Group is incredibly proud to achieve this accolade, particularly because it is based on direct feedback from our customers. It highlights the excellent standard of work delivered by our ambitious and forward-thinking team.

“It’s important to us that we continue to meet and exceed the needs of our customers and the introduction of new services such as our Augmented Home Reality Demonstration does exactly that. It allows customers to conduct their new home demonstrations at a day and time suitable for them and the family. As a result, we have seen our satisfaction levels increase to 95% within this area.
