THE finalists have been announced for the 9th annual Scottish Property Awards 2022.
38 companies have been shortlisted across 15 categories after a judging panel of 20 industry experts assessed and scored entries which included office developments, hospitals, schools, health and community centres, universities, hotels and regeneration sites across the country.
The awards are sponsored by Peace Recruitment, PMP and Wolffe and supported by the Scottish Property Federation.
Alan Robertson, chair of the Scottish Property Awards judging panel, said, “We’re encouraged by the many achievements in Scottish real estate in the last year. There have been a great number of highlights in developments and deals of all sizes and across Scotland. The judging panel are impressed by the performance of our Scottish property professionals and wish them every success in the awards and in the year to come.”
Winners will be revealed at a ceremony on Wednesday 30 March at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Glasgow Central. The live awards will be hosted by comedian and broadcaster, Des Clarke.
