BUILD to Rent (BTR) housing specialist, Sigma Capital, is celebrating a milestone after work on its first development in Scotland got underway under its private rental brand, Simple Life.
Built by Springfield Properties, the new village of Bertha Park in Perth is due to release its first homes later this year. Joining homes for private sale from Springfield, there will be 75 two, three and four-bedroom homes available for private rent, delivered by Simple Life.
Once complete, Bertha Park village will consist of 3,000 homes across multiple tenures.

Bertha Park is already home to the first of many children’s play parks, a local convenience store as well as the new Bertha Park High School.
