KNIGHT Property Group has confirmed it has secured a further tenant at Phase 1 of Langlands Commercial Park in East Kilbride.
Mobile catering franchise company, Really Awesome Coffee Company Lanarkshire (part of Anzada and Co Ltd), has agreed a ten-year lease on Unit A, which extends to 2,500 sq ft, plus car parking.
The company offers mobile coffee services alongside a deli-style lunch offering. It is also available for events.
The company is owned and managed by barista John Pritchard and his wife Maria. During lockdown, they started promoting home deliveries to run alongside their daily visits to key worker locations.
Howard Crawshaw, director of Knight Property Group, said, “It is encouraging to secure a further tenant at Langlands. Really Awesome Coffee is a great addition to the park and we wish John and Maria every success with their growing business. As a company, we are committed to continuing to invest speculatively in key locations, with quality space. We are currently developing the next phase at Langlands, which will consist of 23,980 sq ft industrial unit, scheduled for completion this April.”
Alan Gilkison, partner at agent Ryden, added, “There is strong interest for the remaining units at Langlands Phase 1, with occupiers being attracted by the high specification units within a highly visible and well-connected location, plus East Kilbride offers a great range of surrounding occupiers.”
Ryden and GM Brown are agents for Knight Property Group at Langlands Commercial Park.
