BAM Construct UK has awarded building services specialist Arc-Tech (Scotland) Category 1 subcontractor status.
Designed to ‘improve the construction process, build quality, health & safety and to establish more efficient methods of working together’, Arc-Tech has been identified as an M&E Category 1 sub-contractor and will be able to undertake contracts from £500,000 up to £10 million in value.

“We have worked with BAM for a number of years now having successfully delivered the Elgin and Appin Ward, a new acute mental health facility at Stobhill Hospital in Glasgow and the new Clydebank Health & Care Centre in West Dunbartonshire as well as three live contracts that comprise the extension of two additional support needs schools in West Lothian and the upgrade of Perth City Halls.
