COMMERICAL law firm MacRoberts has announced it has strengthened its construction law and corporate finance teams with the appointments of Jonathan Gaskell as a partner and Rod Hutchison as a legal director.
Jonathan Gaskell is an experienced construction lawyer specialising predominantly in transactional matters. MacRoberts revealed his work involves all aspects of non-contentious work, from contract procurement to the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts and related agreements.
Rod Hutchison has particular experience in acting for clients in the energy sector. He also advises founders in business start-ups and management teams on company exits as well as acting for not-for-profit organisations.
