Rising demand for rural property results in recruitment drive for Baird Lumsden

BAIRD Lumsden, the rural property arm of DM Hall Chartered Surveyors, has recruited three more property professionals in response to demand for rural properties throughout Scotland.

Tom Lennie, Kirstie McLachlan and Sophie Watt have all joined the Bridge of Allan-based DM Hall Baird Lumsden team.

Sophie, who has been appointed to head up the new build sales division, has over nine years’ experience working for a national housebuilder across central Scotland.

Tom has joined the firm as a graduate surveyor and will be tasked with a range of valuation, rural agency and estate management work in the course of his studies to become a fully qualified chartered surveyor.

Kirstie is an experienced administrator with an interest in estate agency and property matters. She will work alongside the lettings team and as a sales negotiator for the agency team.
