Lanarkshire business in contention for awards double

The Epilepsy Scotland project

LANARK-based Priory Bridge Landscaping (PBL) is celebrating after being shortlisted as a finalist in two categories at the National Building & Construction Awards 2021.

PBL is in contention for the Community Engagement accolade for the design and build of The SPIFOX Wellbeing Gardens for Epilepsy Scotland, a project the company revealed ‘brought the best out’ in its teams. The facility was officially opened by Scotland’s First Minister Nicola Sturgeon.

PBL’s Jacqui Doyle has also been shortlisted in the Women in Construction category in recognition of her many years working within the sector.

Trading since 2005, partners Scott Murphy and Jacqui Doyle have progressed PBL into one of Scotland’s top commercial landscaping and fencing businesses.

The company works within the construction, leisure and local authority sectors, providing a one-stop-shop service for hard/soft landscaping, timber and metal fencing, as well as estate maintenance.

The winners will be announced at a ceremony in London later this month.
