RMD Kwikform has revealed it is supporting World Mental Health Day on 10th October by ensuring all employees have equal access to mental health support through its network of Mental Health First Aiders (MHFAs).
The company has invested in a growing global network of trained MHFAs, with the number increasing by over 50% during the last year.
“I believe that having a care system in place for our employees is paramount; part of this is ensuring we have a platform to take care of our colleagues’ mental health,” explained Lisa-Marie Cunningham, HR director at RMDK. “I am proud to say that in the last 12 months RMDK has increased the number of our MHFAs by more than 50%, with over 75 qualified personnel across the globe.”
