A meet the buyer event on November 4 is to showcase a number of opportunities on Fife construction projects, as part of the area’s business week.
Fife Council is launching the event in partnership with hub East Central Scotland, Fife College, BAM, Balfour Beatty, Network Rail and the Supplier Development Programme.
Supplier Development Programme said that the event will aim to help local firms find out about contract opportunities on the Dunfermline Learning Campus build and the Levenmouth railway link project delivery.
Those in attendance will also explore how to do business with the organisations involved in the works, as well as learn about future opportunities and any requirements needed to be eligible to bid on a contract.
Businesses will have the chance to learn about top tendering tips and gain insight into the support that is available to become ‘tender ready’ for the future opportunities.
