HARDIES Property & Construction Consultants has announced the firm has completed work on a new 60-bed nursing home in Livingston for Randolph Hill Nursing Homes Group.
The business acted as project manager, quantity surveyor, and principal designer for the construction of the facility in the town’s Kirk Lane.
The nursing home comprises 60 en-suite bedrooms, six lounge areas, six dining rooms, and a function room. A large lounge and function suite with a screen projection system, communal sun terrace and private gardens are also incorporated.
Lewis Robertson, quantity surveyor at Hardies Property & Construction Consultants, said, “Having previously provided project management, quantity surveying, and principal designer services for Randolph Hill Group’s recent development in Gullane, we were delighted to be appointed to this team and are proud to have successfully delivered an excellent building within 18-months alongside Muir Construction, Gilberts Architects, and Harley Haddow.”
