AVANT Homes has appointed Sarah Fenton to the role of regional development director.
Sarah started her career at Avant as a trainee surveyor in 2005 and has since gained more than 15 years’ experience in the housebuilding industry. In her new role, she will be tasked with leading the regional development team while overseeing the technical and commercial functions of the business.
Based in Stirling, Avant Homes Scotland currently has 13 developments under construction across the country.
Sarah Fenton said, “As the regional development director for Scotland, I will hit the ground running, learning as much as I can about the business, with a strong focus on teamwork and interdisciplinary engagement to deliver the development function of the Scotland region.
