TIMBER specialist James Donaldson & Sons has acquired award-winning kitchen brand, Kitchens International Ltd.
Kitchens International will join the JDS portfolio of brands which includes MGM Timber, Donaldson Timber Engineering, James Donaldson Timber, James Donaldson Insulation, Smith & Frater, Rowan Manufacturing and Nu-Style Products.
The kitchen retailer has six showrooms across Scotland and a contract fitting division. The brand has been tipped to ‘strategically and operationally complement’ the current JDS retail and manufacturing portfolio and enable JDS to offer a ‘full suite’ of interior options for both trade and retail customers.
