REAL estate advisor Avison Young has promoted Kerry Maguire to the role of director in the valuation consultancy team.
Based in the firm’s Glasgow office, Kerry is a RICS-registered valuer with 20 years’ experience in commercial property. She has a particular focus on portfolio valuations for financial statements, with experience in the valuation of specialist properties such as hospitals, government facilities, further education colleges and whisky distilleries.
