HART Builders has started work on site at the 69-home Coopersknowe development in Galashiels for Eildon Housing Association.
Affordable homes are being constructed at the site, comprising a mix of bungalows, two and three-bedroom homes/maisonettes and flats. The development will complete in phases with a final completion planned for the summer of 2022.
Gill Henry, business development director of Hart Builders, said, “The commencement of our latest site at Coopersknowe means we now have 207 new homes under construction for Eildon Housing Association across the Scottish Borders, which is testament to our long standing and successful partnering relationship.
“We look forward to continuing to provide vital employment and training roles in the Borders during the course of the project.”
