ROBERTSON has launched its 2030 Responsible Business Strategy.

The contractor said it has positioned its strategy around three key themes; Our People; Our Partners and Our Planet. The objective is to enhance the lives of others, positively contribute towards communities and become a ‘climate positive’ business.

Both Robertson Group and Robertson Residential Group will align all business activity in order to deliver the strategy.

Elliot Robertson, CEO, Robertson Group, said, “Being a responsible business is intertwined in all that we do, in fact it has been critical to the success we have had to date. Our purpose is to assure a sustainable future and our approach to responsible business helps us deliver this. This year alone Robertson has declared a climate and biodiversity emergency and further reduced the carbon intensity of both Group and Residential Group by over 40% since first baselining performance in 2014/15.

“Our 2030 strategy further builds on our Responsible Business Policy that was released in 2019, with these new targets providing direction and structure for the next decade. I am confident that we are on track to delivering these targets as a result of the significant progress we have made to date. We will also be working hard to decarbonise our supply chain and customers.”
