CLARK Contracts is currently on site delivering the £4 million design and build contract of two new industrial units within Kilmarnock’s Moorfield Park.
The facilities are both utilising steel frame construction and are being built on behalf East Ayrshire Council to boost jobs and help companies expand.
Michael Scanlan, director at Clark Contracts, said, “We are pleased to be working with East Ayrshire Council to deliver this design and build project to provide suitable industrial space for businesses in Kilmarnock.”
The business is also currently the extension and refurbishment of Cairns Early Childhood Centre and has recently worked with East Ayrshire Council on the revamp of Cumnock Bus Station.
